TERMS: 1 Payment terms are net 30 unless agreed in writing 2 Free loading / off loading times are: FTL 1.5 hours, LTL 45min after which additional charges can apply 3 Signed paper work indicating waiting time determines charges that can apply 4 In the event of a dispute for service the maximum claim cannot exceed the charge or rate for that particular shipment. Transzach is not responsible for any loss or damage of shipments but in the unlikely event that a legitimate claim is necessary we will assist you through the process 5 Shipments are accepted from the shippers load and count 6 Quotations are open for acceptance for 60days, if accepted or commenced after 60 days, rate review by Transzach is applicable. 7 Transzach reserves the right to annually review rates to customers and submit increases to cover uncontrollable increases in costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. 8 Drivers are not responsible for loading or off loading trailers 9 Fuel surcharges will be charged per published government web site and cross reference chart 10 Quotes are based on equipment availability at time of order 11 When specific volumes and or duration of project are provided by customer rates are based on same. 12 Once work commences on quoted work, terms and conditions of quote become the contract / agreement unless otherwise agreed to in writing. These terms survive in addition to subsequent documents unless otherwise agreed to in writing. In addition customer agrees to cover all costs required to collect any past due amounts owed by same 13 In the event of a dispute for non payment or any other legal issue customer agrees to all legal proceedings to be held in St Catharines Niagara region and will be accountable for all costs incurred in collecting past due amounts 14. We are a logistics 3PL company and as such we are not responsible for cargo claims , damaged product during transport, that is handled through insurance claim with carrier and their insurance which we provide necessary contact info , insurance policy numbers etc .  We pride ourselves on only working with top notch carriers so your freight is in capable hands
